Easy Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days

If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of product receipt, except for "sale" items or "sets", which are considered final sale. For products where a variant shade is available, we offer exchanges to ensure you get the perfect match.

How to Return or Exchange Your Item(s)

• Reach out to our customer support team at support@ctzncosmetics.com within 30 days of your purchase. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will get back to you promptly with further instructions.
  

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping charge.
• Please allow a few days for your refund to be processed once we receive the returned items.

Exchanges:

• For exchanges, please indicate the desired shade or product in your return request. We'll process your exchange as quickly as possible.
